I-SCREAM 5K & KID’S RUN

SATURDAY, MAY 20 (9:00 A.M.) – I-SCREAM 5K & KID’S RUN:

This new event will take place just south of the pier in Pismo Beach (100 Pomeroy Street). The I-Scream 5K and Kids run is an all-ages event that combines fitness with a whole lot of ice cream at the finish line. The event will have a 5K for adults and a (non-timed) fun run for kids of varying distances (1/4 – ¾ miles) based on age at 8:45. Pre-race entry fees are $25 for adults in the 5K, $20 for ages 12 & under in the 5K, and $15 for the kids events. The I-Scream 5K serves as a fundraiser for the girl’s Central Coast Tsunami Softball program. These funds are used to offset programs expenses and ensure that the program remains affordable to all girls. Entry fee includes ice cream, a T-shirt, medals for kids, and chip timing for the 5K.
