SATURDAY, MARCH 21 (8:30 AM) – SAN LUIS OBISPO HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO 5K:
The SLO Health and Fitness Expo Superhero 5K starts and finishes at the Alex Madonna Expo Center at 100 Madonna Road. It offers beautiful views of San Luis Obispo along the SLO bike path up a mountain trail and back to the Expo Center. Runners and walkers of all abilities are encouraged to come enjoy the healthy lifestyle of the central coast.
Pre-registration can be done through the web site at http://inspiredexpos.com/5k-run/. Awards will go to the top men and women to finish along with some specialty categories. Proceeds benefit Project Teen Health, a childhood obesity prevention program operated by the Community Action Partnership.
