SATURDAY, JANUARY 9, 2021 (7:00 AM/8:00 AM/9:00 AM) – LA CUESTA RANCH TRAIL RUNS (50K, 25K, 10K):
Directed by Luis Escobar and presented by Running Warehouse, these runs will take place at the La Cuesta Ranch near Cuesta park and just outside of San Luis Obispo at 2400 Loomis Road. The ranch backs up to Poly Canyon and the West Cuesta Ridge. This is a working ranch and the start/finish area will be at the ranch barn. This event features 100% dirt trails and ranch roads with fantastic views of the West Cuesta Ridge. This non-virtual trail running experience will feature three separate event distances and is designed to be sensitive to the hazards of Covid-19 so each event distance will be limited to 20 participants. The course will be a combination of rugged single track trail and ranch roads with rolling hills and plenty of elevation gain and loss.
